Martinus · Donations and benefactors

Projects, adoptions and benefactors.
Coordinated management, a growing relationship.

Martinus brings together the management of benefactors, donations, projects and child sponsorships. Connect administrative work to news from missions, to follow up on every support and keep contributors informed.

Making the good achieved visible fosters trust and generosity, strengthens the bond with benefactors and can involve new donors, also through word of mouth.

From daily difficulty to a concrete response

Raise funds.
Keep the relationship alive.

When administrative data, mission news, and communications remain separate, preparing an update requires research and hand-offs between different people. It becomes more difficult to give timely answers to benefactors.

Organize

A searchable story of support.

Find out who donated, for what activity and with what continuity.

Document

The path matters as much as the result.

It preserves the testimonies of the activities supported, from the phases of a project to the adoption process.

Inform

From knowledge to participation.

Reports, photographs and updates help to understand the needs and results achieved. Those who already support find reasons to continue; whoever discovers the mission can recognize a project to contribute to.

Getting started

Benefactors and activities already present.
A base to start from.

  1. 01

Start with the data you already have.

Identify available donor lists and administrative information to use as a starting point.

  2. 02

Choose how to organize your work.

Identify who follows the administration and who makes news from the missions available.

  3. 03

    Open the consultation to benefactors.

Decide what information to make available and enable personal access, also through Donum.

Responsibilities and access

A common direction,
contributions directly from the missions.

Administrative management can remain centralized, while on-site managers contribute to the updates. If useful, you can also entrust them with specific administrative tasks. The Congregation defines responsibilities and permissions: everyone operates only in authorized areas.

A project takes shape.

During the construction of a well, the manager can photograph the work and share updates on the progress, making the different phases visible to those supporting the project.

An adoption continues over time.

The religious on site can share news and photographs of the child's journey and growth, while the central administration follows contributions and child sponsorships.
